Shenandoah Waugh, Staff Writer
Shenandoah Waugh is a senior at Silver Creek High School and a first year Journalism student. They joined the journalism class because of their interest in learning how to write in an article style. Shenandoah’s love for science is how they landed their first job in journalism: writing a science column for the Lyons Middle/Senior High School newspaper. In addition to their love for science, Shenandoah plays tennis on the Silver Creek tennis team, led the Silver Creek marching band as one of its Drum Majors, and is the President of the diplomacy club. Shenandoah uses they/them/theirs pronouns.
