Hayley Otten, Staff Writer
Hayley Otten is a sophomore at Silver Creek High School. It’s her first time in Journalism and she is excited for it because she gets to explore and write topics that she’s interested in. Along with being apart of Journalism, Hayley is also involved in the Softball program. She hopes to continue to college and study abroad. As of now though, she wants to keep herself healthy by continuing softball and going to the gym. Hayley hopes to improve and continue working on her writing in this class.

![Hosting the SCLA Casptone Mentor Dinner outside allowed for more attendees on September 27, 2021 at Silver Creek. This event would’ve usually been held inside.
